The Science Collection

The Science Collection is a collection of six different activities to introduce the general concepts of science to children aged 4 years and above.

The collection features the award winning Smudge the Spaniel and includes:

• From Seeds to Plants a simulation activity in which children help Smudge grow sunflower seeds into plants
• Making things Decay a simulation activity in which children can observe objects decaying
• Trains & Magnets. Using magnets to pull trucks out of a station
• The Good Conductor in which children test whether objects conduct electricity
• (making a) Weather Chart where children record the weather, rainfall and temperatures during a week
• Floating & Sinking where children can test whether objects will float or sink without getting their feet wet.

This software runs within a web browser. Each title is also available individually from the web browser range.
